Our return policy and process

Quickly and easily exchange your item(s) through our Returns Portal right here! 

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to contact us for an issue with your product for return via store credit. 

Did you know that over 90% of returned clothing ends up in landfills and our Oceans?  Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint.  Here at The Maverick Life we like to think that there is a solution for everything.  Something wrong with your product?  Get a store credit to pick something else out, help put clothing on others that need it, and do less damage to our planet.  It may not seem like much, but we can all do our part in this big World of ours! 

So just tell us what went wrong with your product, send along with a pic, and we'll issue you a store credit in full.  Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a The Maverick Life E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.  Then if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. 

EXCHANGES: If you happened to just order the wrong size, and need to exchange for a size smaller or larger.  Please contact us at themavericklifestylecontactus@gmail.com for further instructions!

Please note that all wedding and formal gowns are custom made to order, and therefore are not eligible for refund or store credit.  Sale items are not eligible for refund or store credit.

Additional information on our Online Return Policy?
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. 
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our corporate office.

  

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobe-ing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-The Maverick Life items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
